摘 要:废旧黏土砖粗骨料再生混凝土具有利废、节材和保护环境的优势,是新型绿色环保建筑材料。对采用不同废旧黏土砖粗骨料取代率的再生混凝土进行单向轴压强度、弹性模量的试验研究,用SEM扫描电镜研究废旧黏土砖再生粗骨料混凝土的单轴内部损伤和破坏特征,依据试验分析建立轴心抗压损伤力学模型。研究结果表明,废旧黏土砖粗骨料再生混凝土的强度低于普通混凝土的强度,随着取代率的增加,再生混凝土的强度降低;在单轴受压条件下,废旧黏土砖粗骨料再生取代率对再生混凝土损伤影响很大;建立的一维轴心抗压损伤力学模型,为废旧黏土砖粗骨料再生混凝土的结构应用和可靠性分析提供一定的参考。Recycled concrete made from waste clay brick coarse aggregates offers advantages in waste reduction,material savings,and environmental protection,making it a new type of green and eco-friendly building material.Experimental research was conducted on the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of recycled concrete with varying replacement rates of waste clay brick coarse aggregates.The uniaxial internal damage and failure characteristics of the recycled concrete were examined using SEM scanning electron microscopy.Based on the experimental analysis,a mechanical damage model for axial compressive strength was established.The results show that the strength of recycled concrete with waste clay brick coarse aggregates is lower than that of ordinary concrete,and the strength decreases with the increasing replacement rate.Under uniaxial compression,the replacement rate of waste clay brick coarse aggregates has a significant impact on the damage of the recycled concrete.The established one-dimensional axial compressive damage mechanical model provides a reference for the structural application and reliability analysis of recycled concrete made from waste clay brick coarse aggregates.
