摘  要:非道路柴油发动机因运行环境恶劣,工况差,近年来多次出现机油滤清器批量裂损的故障,特别是在整机作业过程中,因司机无法及时发现漏油,待机油液位过低机油压力报警后已经引起拉缸等恶性故障。总结机油滤清器在非道路整机各细分行业出现的故障,通过故障处理经验总结及仿真分析,提出机油滤清器材料、结构改进及发动机机油压力优化等措施,以避免机油滤清器故障的发生。Due to the harsh operating environment and poor working conditions,non-road diesel engines have experienced many times of batch cracking faults of oil filters in recent years.Especially during the operation of the entire engine,because the driver cannot detect oil leakage in time,the low standby oil level and oil pressure alarm have caused malignant faults such as cylinder scuffing.The faults of oil filters in each subsector of non-road engines are summarized,and measures such as improvement of materials and structures of oil filters and optimization of engine oil pressure are proposed through troubleshooting experience summary and simulation analysis to avoid the occurrence of oil filter faults.
