摘 要:主梁是起重设备的主要受力结构,随着设备起重量的逐步增大,主梁截面高度尺寸越来越大,然而主梁截面过高给运输、制造安装带来较大困难。叠合钢箱梁可以有效解决以上问题。叠合钢箱梁的优点是制造、运输单元较小,连接容易。叠合钢箱梁的结构形式目前国内少见。预拱度控制、焊接变形控制、叠合面匹配控制及螺栓穿孔率控制等是叠合钢箱梁制造工艺中的关键性技术难题。对叠合钢箱梁的制造工艺进行分析探讨。The girder is the main load-bearing structure of lifting appliances,and with the gradual increase of the lifting capacity of the appliance,the height of girder section is getting higher and higher,while the high girder section brings significant difficulties in transport,manufacturing and installation.Composite steel box girders can effectively solve the above problems.Composite steel box girders have the advantages of small manufacturing and transport units and easy connection.The structural form of composite steel box girders is currently rare in China.Camber control,welding deformation control,superposition surface matching control and bolt perforation rate control are the key technical difficulties in the manufacturing process of composite steel box girders.The manufacturing process of composite steel box girders is analyzed and discussed.
