摘  要:随着我国隧道工程的快速发展,盾构施工因其安全、环保等优势被广泛应用。然而,盾构施工中产生的废弃泥水若处理不当,将对环境造成严重影响并增加成本。针对珠江口隧道SJSG-1标段的泥水分离及尾水处理技术进行探讨。通过先进的泥水分离设备和多级净化系统,将泥水中的固体悬浮物(SS)含量显著降低至30 mg/L以下,达到环保排放标准。结果表明,该技术有效减少环境影响,实现了泥浆资源循环利用,显著提升工程的环保性和经济效益。With the rapid development of tunnel engineering in China,shield construction has been widely applied for its advantages of safety and environmental protection.However,the waste slurry generated during shield construction will cause serious impact on the environment and increase costs if it is not treated properly.The slurry separation and tailwater treatment technology for the SJSG-1 section of the Pearl River Estuary Tunnel is discussed.Through advanced slurry separation equipment and multi-stage purification systems,the content of suspended solids(SS)in the slurry is significantly reduced to below 30 mg/L,which meets the environmental protection and emission standards.The results show that this technology effectively reduces environmental impact,achieves recycling of slurry resources and significantly improves the environmental protection and economic benefits of the project.
