摘　　要：目的 分析甘肃省武威市铁路职工空腹血糖异常状况及影响因素。方法 选取2023年10月甘肃省武威市1 922名铁路职工,检测分析空腹血糖、年龄、性别、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及血压情况,通过多因素Logistic回归分析空腹血糖异常的影响因素。结果 1 922名铁路职工中,空腹血糖异常283名,空腹血糖异常率为14.72%。单因素分析结果显示,空腹血糖异常和空腹血糖正常组年龄、性别、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C以及血压水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥40岁、高TG、高TC、低HDL-C水平、血压偏高是空腹血糖异常的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 年龄、TC、TG、HDL-C指数及血压水平是空腹血糖异常的影响因素。Objective To analyze the abnormal status of fasting blood glucose and its influencing factors among railway workers in Wuwei City,Gansu Province.Methods A total of 1922 railway workers in Wuwei City,Gansu Province in October 2023 were selected.The levels of fasting blood glucose,age,gender,total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and blood pressure were detected and analyzed.The influencing factors of abnormal fasting blood glucose were determined by multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results Among the 1922 railway workers,283 workers had abnormal fasting blood glucose,and the incidence rate of fasting blood glucose was 14.72%.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in age,gender,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and blood pressure between the abnormal fasting blood glucose group and the normal fasting blood glucose group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age equal or more than 40 years old,higher TG level,higher TC level,lower HDL-C level,and higher level of blood pressure were risk factors for abnormal fasting blood glucose(P<0.05).Conclusions Age,TC,TG,HDL-C index and the level of blood pressure level are the influencing factors of abnormal fasting blood glucose.
