摘  要:瑞芬太尼作为μ阿片受体激动剂,广泛应用于临床麻醉。然而,在停止高剂量瑞芬太尼输注后,患者呈现出对疼痛刺激敏感性增加的现象,称为瑞芬太尼诱导的痛觉过敏(RIH)。已知该现象与术后急性和慢性疼痛形成有关,且可能对患者的术后恢复体验产生不利影响。因此,本文旨在综述RIH潜在机制及其防治进展,以供临床参考。Remifentanil,aμ-opioid receptor agonist,is widely used in clinical anesthesia.However,after the discontinuation of high-dose remifentanil infusion,patients may exhibit increased sensitivity to pain stimuli,a phenomenon known as remifentanil-induced hyperalgesia(RIH).It is known that this condition is associated with the development of both acute and chronic postoperative pain and may negatively affect patients'postoperative recovery experience.Therefore,this article aims to review the potential mechanisms of RIH and progress in its prevention and treatment,providing clinical reference.
