摘　　要：目的 观察应用可调式矫形器对轻中度拇外翻(HV)患者运动功能的影响。方法 选取2022年10月—2023年10月于广州和平骨科医院门诊及住院部就诊的64例轻中度HV患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各32例。对照组予物理治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用可调式矫形器进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后拇外翻角度(HVA)、美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝足功能评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果 治疗后,治疗组HVA小于治疗前,且小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组AOFAS评分、BBS评分、SF-36评分均高于治疗前(P <0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 应用可调式矫形器对轻中度HV患者疗效显著,有助于减轻患者疼痛,提高患者平衡能力及生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of adjustable orthotics on motor function in mild to moderate bunion valgus(HV)patients.Methods A total of 64 patients with mild to moderate HV treated in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Guangzhou Heping Orthopedic Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received physical therapy,and the treatment group received adjustable orthosis on the basis of the control group.The hallux valgus angle(HVA),American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle and hindfoot function scores,Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores,and the MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,HVA in treatment group was decreased compared with before treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,AOFAS score,BBS score and SF-36 quality of life score in two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of adjustable orthotics is effective in mild to moderate HV patients,which can help to reduce pain,improve balance ability and quality of life of patients.
