加减益气生血汤联合益气敛汗散治疗气血亏虚型肿瘤相关性汗证的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察加减益气生血汤联合益气敛汗散治疗气血亏虚型肿瘤相关性汗证的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年11月丹阳市中医院收治的气血亏虚型肿瘤相关性汗证患者60例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为西药组和中药联合组各30例。西药组给予胆碱能药物治疗中药联合组给予加减益气生血汤联合益气敛汗散治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的中医证候积分、出汗程度和不良反应发生率。结果 西药组和中药联合组治疗有效率分别为73.33%、93.33%,中药联合组有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的中医证候积分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的出汗程度较治疗前降低,且中药联合组低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);西药组和中药联合组不良反应总发生率分别为20.00%、13.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 加减益气生血汤联合益气敛汗散在治疗气血亏虚型肿瘤相关性汗证方面具有较好的临床疗效,能明显减轻患者的出汗程度,改善临床症状,且不会增加不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the effect of modified Yiqi Shengxue Decoction combined with Yiqi Lianhan San on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes of tumor-related sweating syndrome with qi and blood deficiency.Methods A total of 60 patients with tumor-related sweating syndrome of qi and blood deficiency type,admitted to Danyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2023,were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to western medicine group and Chinese medicine combined group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine group treated with cholinergic drugs,and the Chinese medicine combined group treated with modified Yiqi Shengxue Decoction combined with Yiqi Lianhan San.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,sweating degree,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The clinical effective rates in the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined group were 73.33%and 93.33%,the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine combined group was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Chinese medicine combined group was lower than that in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the sweating degree of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Chinese medicine combined group was lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined group was 20.00%and 13.33%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Modified Yiqi Shengxue Decoction combined with Yiqi Lianhan San demonstrates better clinical efficacy in treating tumor-related sweating syndrome with qi and blood deficiency.This treatment significa
