皮内针在原发性肝癌行介入术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析皮内针在原发性肝癌行介入术后患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2022年7月—2023年7月广东省中医院接受介入手术治疗的72例原发性肝癌患者的临床资料,依据干预方法的不同分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组给予肝癌介入术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予皮内针干预。比较两组术后恶心呕吐发生率、恶心呕吐程度、胃肠功能恢复及不良反应发生情况。结果 术后24 h内、25~48 h、49~72 h,观察组恶心呕吐发生率、恶心呕吐程度Ⅰ~Ⅲ级人数均少于对照组,术后首次排气时间和首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在皮内针干预期间未发生皮内针疗法相关不良反应。结论 术后皮内针干预可以降低行介入术患者恶心呕吐的发生率,减轻恶心呕吐程度,促进其胃肠功能恢复,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of intradermal acupuncture in patients with primary liver cancer after interventional surgery.Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with primary liver cancer who received interventional surgery in Guangdong Traditonal Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group according to different intervention methods.The control group was given routine nursing after hepatoma intervention,and the observation group was given intradermal acupuncture intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of nausea and vomiting,the degree of nausea and vomiting,the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Within 24 h,25-48 h,49-72 h after surgery,the incidence of nausea and vomiting and the degree of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the first postoperative exhaust time and first defecation time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions related to intradermal acupuncture therapy occurred during intradermal acupuncture intervention in observation group.Conclusions Postoperative intradermal acupuncture intervention can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting,reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,with high safety.
