摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在宫颈癌放疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月—2024年1月徐州市肿瘤医院收治的96例宫颈癌放疗患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各48例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用CNP护理模式。比较两组护理满意度、护理前后癌因性疲乏状态、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组癌因性疲乏量表(CFS)各维度评分和生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)各维度评分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组CFS各维度评分均低于护理前,FACT-B各维度评分及总分均高于护理前,且研究组CFS各维度评分低于对照组,FACT-B各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌放疗患者采用CNP护理模式,能够有效改善癌因性疲乏状态,减少不良反应,并提高生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 96 cervical cancer patients who underwent radiotherapy in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from July 2022 to January 2024 were selected,and randomly assigned them into a study group and a control group,each consisting of 48 patients.The control group received routine care,while the study group received CNP care.The satisfaction with nursing care,cancer-related fatigue state before and after care,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction with care in the study group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Prior to nursing,the scores of each dimension of the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)and the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)showed no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After care,CFS scores in both groups were lower than before,while FACT-B scores were higher than before;Furthermore,the CFS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the FACT-B scores and total scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The study group exhibited a lower overall incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The CNP care model for cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy effectively improves cancer-related fatigue,reduces adverse reactions,and enhances quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
