针对性护理在自发性气胸患者行胸腔闭式引流术治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 观察针对性护理在自发性气胸患者行胸腔闭式引流术治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年10月—2024年1月利津县中心医院行胸腔闭式引流术治疗的86例自发性气胸患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用针对性护理。比较两组依从性、负面情绪及并发症情况。结果 护理后,研究组中文版8条目Morisky用药依从性量表(MMAS-8)优良率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对性护理能够提高行胸腔闭式引流术治疗的自发性气胸患者配合的依从性,降低并发症发生率,改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪。Objective To observe the application effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax patients with closed thoracic drainage.Methods A total of 86 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax who underwent closed thoracic drainage in Central Hospital of Lijin from October 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group and study group with 43 cases respectively by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received targeted nursing based on the control group.Compliance,negative emotions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Chinese version of the 8-item Morisky Medication Compliance Scale(MMAS-8)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing can improve the compliance of spontaneous pneumothorax patients treated with closed thoracic drainage,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their anxiety and depression.
