临床药师参与处方点评对医院药房抗菌药物应用的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析临床药师参与处方点评对医院药房抗菌药物应用的影响。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年12月北京市怀柔区中医医院开具的抗菌药物处方共计61 776张,总结分析药师参与处方点评的具体措施和方案,并比较3年间抗菌药物处方合格率,住院部、门诊科与急诊科抗菌药物应用情况,抗菌药物不合理应用情况,用药后不良反应情况。结果 2021—2023年抗菌药物处方合格率逐年提高,住院部抗菌药物处方应用率逐年下降,门诊科和急诊科抗菌药物处方应用率逐年上升,抗菌药物不合理应用率逐年降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2021—2023年抗菌药物应用的不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 药师参与药房处方点评管理可保证抗菌药物合理应用,可提升患者的药物应用有效性和安全性。Objective To analyze the influence of clinical pharmacists'participation in prescription review on the application of antibacterial drugs in hospital pharmacies.Methods A total of 61776 antibacterial drug prescriptions issued in Beijing Huairou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.The specific measures and plans for pharmacists'participation in prescription review were summarized and analyzed.The qualified rate of antibacterial drug prescriptions,the application of antibacterial drugs in the inpatient department,outpatient department and emergency department of the hospital,the irrational application of antibacterial drugs and the adverse reactions after drug use were compared among the three years from 2021 to 2023.Results From 2021 to 2023,the qualified rate of antibacterial drug prescriptions increased year by year,the application rate of antibacterial drug prescriptions in the inpatient department decreased year by year,the application rate of antibacterial drug prescriptions in the outpatient department and emergency department increased year by year,and the irrational application rate of antibacterial drugs decreased year by year.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions of antibacterial drug application from 2021 to 2023(P>0.05).Conclusion The participation of pharmacists in the management of pharmacy prescription review can ensure the rational application of antibacterial drugs and improve the effectiveness and safety of drug application in patients.
