杵针疗法联合穴位按摩治疗高血压患者眩晕症状的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究杵针疗法联合穴位按摩治疗高血压患者眩晕症状的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法从2023年4至2024年6月九江市中医医院收治的高血压眩晕患者中选取60例,分为2组。对照组(n=30例)给予西医规范化治疗联合穴位按摩,观察组(n=30例)在此基础上给予杵针疗法。对两组临床疗效、眩晕症状[眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)]、血压水平[收缩压(DBP)、舒张压(SBP)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、生活质量[简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)]进行比较。结果:相较于对照组观察组临床疗效较高;治疗后,观察组DHI评分、DBP水平、SBP水平及PSQI评分均低于对照组,SF-36中生理功能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、心理健康、精力分及总体健康分均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论:杵针疗法与穴位按摩结合使用,高血压眩晕患者的眩晕症状及血压水平得到有效改善,且睡眠质量及生活质量得到显著提升。Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint massage on dizziness symptoms in patients with hypertension.Methods:Using a random number table,60 patients with hypertension and dizziness admitted to Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(n=30 cases)received standardized Western medicine treatment combined with acupoint massage,while the observation group(n=30 cases)received acupuncture therapy on this basis.Compare the clinical efficacy,dizziness symptoms[Dizziness Disability Inventory(DHI)],blood pressure levels[Systolic Blood Pressure(DBP),Diastolic Blood Pressure(SBP)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],and quality of life[Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)]between two groups.Results:Compared to the control group,the observation group showed higher clinical efficacy;After treatment,the DHI score,DBP level,SBP level,and PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The SF-36 scores for physiological function,physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,social function,psychological health,energy score,and overall health score were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P all<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of pestle needle therapy and acupoint massage can effectively improve the dizziness symptoms and blood pressure levels of hypertensive dizziness patients,and significantly improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
