耳穴埋针配合穴位贴敷治疗阴虚阳亢型眩晕伴不寐患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴埋针配合穴位贴敷在阴虚阳亢型眩晕伴不寐患者中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2023年8月—2024年8月九江市中医医院收治的80例阴虚阳亢型眩晕伴不寐患者,按随机数字表法分2组,各40例。对照组予以穴位贴敷,观察组加用耳穴埋针。对比两组干预效果、眩晕程度、睡眠质量、血压变化。结果:观察组干预总有效率高于对照组,眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及血压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋针配合穴位贴敷在阴虚阳亢型眩晕伴不寐患者中的应用效果显著,能减轻眩晕与失眠,改善血压水平。Objective:To explore the application effect of ear acupuncture combined with acupoint application in patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity dizziness accompanied by insomnia.Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 80 patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity dizziness accompanied by insomnia admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients each using a random number table.The control group received acupoint application,while the observation group received ear acupuncture.Compare the intervention effects,degree of dizziness,sleep quality,and blood pressure changes between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The Dizziness Disability Index(DHI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and blood pressure levels were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of ear acupuncture combined with acupoint application is significant in patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type dizziness accompanied by insomnia,which can alleviate dizziness and insomnia and improve blood pressure levels.
