风寒止咳合剂联合左西替利嗪口服液治疗上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析风寒止咳合剂联合左西替利嗪口服液治疗上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效。方法:选取梅州市第二中医医院2023年1月—2024年4月收治的上气道咳嗽综合征患儿100例,随机分为两组,各50例,对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液治疗,观察组采取风寒止咳合剂联合左西替利嗪口服液,对比两组相关指标。结果:治疗前,两组患儿症状体征与舌苔脉象比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组症状体征与舌苔脉象优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值与IgE总量比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值与IgE总量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:风寒止咳合剂联合左西替利嗪口服液有效提升上气道咳嗽综合征患儿治疗总有效率、改善嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值与IgE、优化症状体征与舌苔脉象、降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Fenghan Zhike mixture combined with levocetirizine oral liquid in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 children with upper airway cough syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was given Zocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution.The observation group adopted wind-cold cough combination combined with levocetirizine oral liquid,to compare the relevant indicators of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in related indexes between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the relevant indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lung function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the index of lung function in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of wind cold cough suppressant and levocetirizine oral solution can improve the overall effective rate of treatment for children with upper airway cough syndrome,improve the absolute value of eosinophils and IgE,optimize symptoms and signs,tongue coating and pulse,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
