摘　　要：目的:探讨五子散热庵包联合生化汤对减轻顺产产妇产后腹痛症状及促进其子宫恢复的影响。方法:随机选取广东省阳春市妇幼保健院2023年7月—2024年7月产科住院的120例顺产分娩产妇作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为对照组(60例,给予生化汤治疗)和观察组(60例,五子散热庵包联合生化汤),比较两组宫底高度下降幅度、腹痛程度、舒适度以及恶露持续时间。结果:观察组产妇产后第2天、产后第3天的宫底高度下均降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组产后12h、24h及48hVAS评分均低于对照组,对比具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组产妇治疗后的舒适度高于对照组,对比具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组产妇产后恶露持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五子散热庵包联合生化汤在顺产产妇中的应用效果良好,可有效缓解顺产后腹痛症状,有效促进促子宫恢复,优势明显,可在未来临床中加以推广和实施。Objective:To explore the effect of Wuzi Cooling Anbao combined with Biochemical Decoction on reducing postpartum abdominal pain symptoms and promoting uterine recovery in vaginal delivery women.Methods:120 cases of vaginal delivery women admitted to the obstetrics department of Yangchun Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Guangdong Province from July 2023 to July 2024 were randomly selected as the research subjects,According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(60 cases,treated with Shenghua Tang)and an observation group(60 cases,treated with Wuzi Heat Dissipation Anbao combined with Shenghua Tang),Compare the decrease in uterine floor height,degree of abdominal pain,comfort level,and duration of lochia between two groups.Results:The decrease in uterine floor height on the 2nd and 3rd day after delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS scores at 12h,24h and 48h after delivery in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,after treatment,the comfort degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of postpartum lochia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Wuzi Heat Dissipation Anbao combined with Biochemical Decoction in vaginal delivery women is good,effectively relieving abdominal pain after vaginal delivery and promoting uterine recovery.It has good advantages and can be promoted and implemented in future clinical practice.
