摘 要:住宅给排水系统是确保居民日常生活用水和排水顺畅的重要设施,通常包括供水系统、排水系统和相关的净化与处理装置。然而,由于系统复杂性和设备分布广泛,传统的给排水系统面临管道泄漏、供水压力不稳、排水不畅等问题。BIM技术在住宅给排水系统中具有碰撞检测、优化设计和信息共享等显著优势,能够显著提高系统运行效率和管理水平。本文从住宅给排水系统的构成入手,介绍了基于BIM技术的住宅给排水系统建模流程与要素,提出了一套完整的基于BIM技术的住宅给排水系统智能管控方法,并通过案例分析对该方法进行了验证和数据分析,最终证明基于BIM技术的住宅给排水系统智能管控方法能够显著提升系统的可靠性、稳定性和节能性。The residential water supply and drainage system is an important facility to ensure smooth daily water and drainage for residents,usually including water supply system,drainage system,and related purification and treatment devices.However,due to the complexity of the system and the wide distribution of equipment,traditional water supply and drainage systems face problems such as pipeline leakage,unstable water supply pressure,and poor drainage.BIM technology has significant advantages in collision detection,optimized design,and information sharing in residential water supply and drainage systems,which can significantly improve system operation efficiency and management level.This article starts with the composition of residential water supply and drainage systems,introduces the modeling process and elements of residential water supply and drainage systems based on BIM technology,proposes a complete intelligent control method for residential water supply and drainage systems based on BIM technology,and verifies and analyzes the method through case analysis.Finally,it proves that the intelligent control method for residential water supply and drainage systems based on BIM technology can significantly improve thereliability,stability,and energy efficiency of the system.
