摘 要:目的探究中学生阅读兴趣对人生意义感及主观幸福感的影响,旨在为倡导阅读作为提升中学生幸福感的一种途径提供科学依据。方法以PISA 2018的调查数据为样本,经样本筛选后,共获得11285份有效样本,对相关变量进行描述性统计、相关分析以及中介效应检验。结果研究发现,中学生的阅读兴趣与主观幸福感关系密切(r=0.150~0.338,P<0.001),阅读兴趣可以显著预测人生意义感(β=0.238,P<0.001)和主观幸福感(β=0.674,P<0.001),且人生意义感在其中起中介作用。结论阅读兴趣是中学生获得人生意义感及幸福感的重要来源之一,这提示教育工作者和家长要重视培养中学生的阅读兴趣。Objective To explore the impact of middle school students'reading interest on their sense of meaning in life and subjective wellbeing,the aim is to provide scientific basis for advocating reading as a way to improve middle school students'well-being.Methods Using the PISA 2018 survey data as samples,we obtained 11285 valid samples after sample selection from open data.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and mediation effect tests were conducted on the selected variables.Results The study found that there is a close relationship between middle school students'reading interest and subjective well-being(r=0.150~0.338,P<0.001).Reading interest can significantly predict life meaning(β=0.238,P<0.001)and subjective well-being(β=0.674,P<0.001),with life meaning acting as a mediator in this relationship.Conclusion Reading interest is one of the important sources of middle school students'sense of life meaning and happiness,which suggests that educators and parents should pay attention to cultivating middle school students'reading interest.
