森田疗法联合无抽搐电休克治疗对精神分裂症患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的本研究主要探讨对精神分裂症(SP)患者采用森田疗法干预联合无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对其临床疗效以及心理状态的影响。方法选择2023年4月~2024年4月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院收治的符合本次研究条件的160例SP患者为研究对象,根据护理手段的差异,将其随机均分为标准组与联合干预组。标准组使用MECT治疗,联合干预组则在上述治疗基础上增加森田疗法干预。护理结束后通过患者身体数据与测试问卷来衡量两种护理模式对患者分裂症症状、心理状态、认知功能以及社会功能带来的影响。正态计量资料以t检验,计数资料以x2检验。结果相较于标准组,联合干预组患者分裂症症状减轻,心理压力也得到缓解,认知功能与社会功能的恢复情况更好(P<0.05)。结论森田疗法联合MECT对SP患者的病症具有显著减轻的作用,在促进患者心理健康方面也展现出显著优势,不仅能有效提升其认知功能,还可以全方位地改善患者的生活质量。Objective This study focuses on the effects of Morita therapy intervention combined with convulsion-free electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)on the clinical efficacy and psychological status of patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,160 patients with SP who were admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Health Care Group and met the criteria of this study were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of nursing methods,they were randomly divided into standard group and combined intervention group.The standard group was treated with MECT,and the combined intervention group was treated with Morita therapy on the basis of the above treatment.At the end of the care,the effects of the two care models on the patients'schizophrenia symptoms,psychological state,cognitive functioning,and social functioning were measured by the patients'physical data and test questionnaires.T test was used for normal measurement data,and x2 test was used for count data.Results The results of the study showed that compared to the standard group,patients in the intervention group who received combined care had reduced schizophrenia symptoms,psychological stress was relieved,and cognitive and social functioning were better recovered(P<0.05).Conclusion Morita therapy combined with MECT can significantly reduce the symptoms of SP patients,and also shows significant advantages in promoting patients'mental health,which can not only effectively improve their cognitive function,but also improve patients'quality of life in all aspects.
