合理情绪疗法联合耳穴压豆对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的讨合理情绪疗法联合耳穴压豆对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法共计70例患者,均为精神分裂症,病历选取时间2023年1月~2024年4月,随机数表法分两组(n=35),对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取合理情绪疗法联合耳穴压豆,比较两组精神症状、心理状态、认知功能、生活质量及高风险行为发生率。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x2检验。结果护理后观察组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态评定量表(MMSE)评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组心理社会、精力/动机、症状/副反应评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组高风险行为发生率5.71%低于对照组25.71%(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪疗法联合耳穴压豆促使精神分裂症患者精神症状明显改善,并排解不良情绪,改善心理状态,增强认知功能,而且提高患者的生活质量,减少高风险行为发生。Objective To explore the effect of rational-emotive therapy combined with auricular acupressure on cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 70 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups(n=35).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rational-emotive therapy combined with ear acupressure.The psychiatric symptoms,mental state,cognitive function,quality of life and the incidence of high-risk behaviors were compared between the two groups.Normal measurement data were tested by t test,count data were tested by x~2.Results After nursing,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathology in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychosocial,energy/motivation,symptoms/side effects and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of high-risk behavior in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 25.71%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational-emotive therapy combined with ear acupressure beans can significantly improve the mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,relieve negative emotions,improve mental state,enhance cognitive function,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the occurrence of high-risk behaviors.
