精神分裂症患者应用家庭延续护理联合自我角色认同护理的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者应用家庭延续护理联合自我角色认同护理的效果及对精神症状的影响。方法本项研究选取2022年2月~2023年10月江苏省复员退伍军人精神病医院收治的共计72例女性精神分裂症患者作为此次研究对象。按照随机数字表法将72例患者分成联合组与常规组,每组各有36例患者。常规组:采用家庭延续护理;联合组:在常规组护理基础上联合自我角色认同护理。对比两组患者精神症状、社会功能、激越行为及生活质量。正态计量资料以t检验。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组患者精神症状、社会功能、激越行为评分均呈下降趋势,且联合组较常规组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与护理前相比,护理后两组患者生活质量评分均呈上升趋势,且联合组较常规组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于精神分裂症患者采用家庭延续护理联合自我角色认同护理能有效缓解其精神症状,提高其社会功能,改善其激越行为并优化其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of family continuity nursing combined with self-role identity nursing on psychiatric symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 72 female patients with schizophrenia admitted to Jiangsu Veterans Psychiatric Hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method,72 patients were divided into combined group and conventional group,with 36 patients in each group.The routine group received family continuity nursing,the combined group was treated with self-role identity nursing on the basis of the routine group.The psychiatric symptoms,social function,agitation behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The t test was used for normal measurement data.Results After the nursing,the scores of mental symptoms,social function and agitation behavior of the two groups showed a downward trend,and the scores of the combined group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the quality of life scores of the two groups showed an upward trend after nursing,and the combined group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with schizophrenia,family extended care combined with self-role identity care can effectively alleviate their mental symptoms,improve their social function,improve their agitated behavior and optimize their quality of life.
