分析草酸艾司西酞普兰联合认知行为疗法在抑郁症治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析对抑郁症患者实施草酸艾司西酞普兰联合认知行为疗法的临床效果。方法选择于2021年1月~2023年12月本院心理科收治的80例抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组(40例,采用草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗)和观察组(40例,实施草酸艾司西酞普兰联合认知行为疗法治疗),对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组各项指标对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组治疗有效率、多巴胺、5-羟色胺、生活质量均高于对照组,观察组皮质醇、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分、SIOSS评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在对抑郁症患者实施草酸艾司西酞普兰联合认知行为疗法治疗效果更佳,可有效调节中枢神经系统神经递质水平,显著缓解不良情绪,改善睡眠质量的同时减轻自杀意念,从而提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of escitalopram combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy in the treatment of depression patients.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,80 patients with depression were randomly divided into control group(40 cases were treated with escitalopram oxalate)and observation group(40 cases were treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with cognitive behavioral therapy),and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment response rate,dopamine,serotonin and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of cortisol,HAMA,HAMD,PSQI and SIOSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of escitalopram and cognitive-behavioral therapy has a better therapeutic effect on patients with depression.It can effectively regulate the level of central nervous system neurotransmitters,significantly alleviate negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and alleviate suicidal ideation,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
