摘　　要：目的探讨与分析多元化心理健康干预在艾滋病(AIDS)患者中的应用价值。方法本次研究选择2022年8月~2024年2月在本院诊治的艾滋病患者94例作为研究对象,根据随机掷硬币原则把94例患者分为多元组47例与对照组47例。对照组给予常规健康干预,多元组给予多元化心理健康干预,两组患者的健康干预观察时间为3个月,对比两组的干预效果。结果两组干预3个月后的焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分与干预前相比显著降低(P<0.05),多元组干预3个月后的焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预3个月后的自我效能评分显著高于干预前(P<0.05),多元组干预3个月后的自我效能评分也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。多元组干预3个月后的满意度为100.00%,对照组为87.23%,多元组的满意度与对照组相比显著更高(P<0.05)。结论多元化心理健康干预在艾滋病患者中的应用能缓解焦虑与抑郁情绪,也可提高自我效能与满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of diversified mental health intervention in AIDS patients.Methods In this study,94 patients with AIDS who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of random coin toss,94 patients were divided into a multivariate group of 47 patients and a control group of 47 patients.The control group received routine health intervention,while the multivariate group received diversified mental health intervention.The health intervention observation time of the two groups was 3 months,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the SAS scores of anxiety and SDS scores of depression in both groups were significantly reduced compared to before intervention(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the SAS scores of anxiety and SDS scores of depression in the multivariate group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of the two groups after 3 months of intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the self-efficacy scores of the multi-group after 3 months of intervention were also significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the satisfaction of multivariate group was 100.00%and that of control group was 87.23%,and the satisfaction of multivariate group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified mental health intervention in AIDS patients can alleviate anxiety and depression,and can also improve self-efficacy and satisfaction.
