焦点解决短期干预在乙型肝炎“大三阳”患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨焦点解决短期干预(SFBT)在乙型肝炎“大三阳”患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月~2024年6月于本院就诊的乙型肝炎“大三阳”患者118例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为两组,每组59例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加用SFBT进行护理。比较两组患者的心理痛苦程度、疾病不确定感、自我负担感受及自我行为管理能力。结果干预前两组心理痛苦温度计(DT)、Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预后研究组的DT、MUIS、SPBS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组自我行为管理能力的优良率96.61%显著高于对照组的81.36%(P<0.05)。结论SFBT在乙型肝炎“大三阳”患者中表现出理想的护理效果,能够减轻患者的心理痛苦程度,有效缓解其疾病不确定感和自我负担感受,并有效提升自我行为管理能力。Objective To explore the application effect of short term focused intervention(SFBT)in the nursing of patients with"HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb test positive"hepatitis B.Methods From July 2023 to June 2024,118 patients diagnosed with"HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb test positive"hepatitis B through physical examination in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 59 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received SFBT nursing care on this basis.Compare the level of psychological distress,disease uncertainty,self burden perception,and self-management ability between two groups of patients.Results There was no difference in the scores of the psychological DT,MUIS,and SPBS between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the DT,MUIS,and SPBS scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of self behavior management ability in the research group was 96.61%,which was higher than that 81.36%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SFBT has played an ideal role in the nursing of patients with hepatitis B"HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb test positive",which can reduce the degree of psychological pain of patients,and has a good relieving effect on disease uncertainty and self burden,and improve the ability of self behavioral management.
