摘　　要：目的探究理性情绪疗法联合音乐疗法对癫痫患儿心理状态的影响。方法选取南京市残疾儿童康复中心2021年8月~2024年8月收治的符合条件的80例癫痫患儿,以随机数字表法分为两组。研究组(n=40)采用理性情绪疗法联合音乐疗法干预,对照组(n=40)采用音乐疗法干预。评估两组睡眠质量、生活质量、羞耻感、应对方式。正态计量资料以t检验。结果干预后,研究组面对困难自责、求助、幻想、退避、合理化评分以及个性羞耻、行为羞耻、身体羞耻、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,认知能力、情绪状况、身体状况、社会功能、行为问题方面生活质量以及面对困难解决问题评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理性情绪疗法联合音乐疗法对癫痫患儿心理状态干预效果较好,可改善患儿睡眠质量以及面对困难的应对方式,降低患儿羞耻感,提高患儿生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of rational emotive therapy combined with music therapy on the psychological state of children with epilepsy.Methods 80 eligible children with epilepsy admitted to Nanjing Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children from August 2021 to August 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number method.The study group(n=40)received rational emotive therapy combined with music therapy intervention,and the control group(n=40)received music therapy intervention.Sleep quality,quality of life,shame,and coping styles were assessed in both groups.The t test was used for normal measurement data.Results After the intervention,the study group had lower difficulty self-blame,help-seeking,fantasy,withdrawal,rationalization scores,personality shame,behavioral shame,body shame,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores than the control group.Cognitive,emotional state,condition,social function,behavior problems quality of life and facing difficult problem solving score higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational emotive therapy combined with music therapy has a good effect on the psychological state intervention of children with epilepsy,which can improve the sleep quality and coping style of children facing difficulties,reduce the sense of shame and improve the quality of life of children.
