摘 要:目的探讨50例留守中职学生心理健康情况调查及对教师工作的启示。方法2023年11月以分层随机整群抽样法于护理专业18个班级中抽取50例留守中职学生,另抽取50名非留守中职学生作为对照,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查留守中职学生的心理健康情况,并用二元Logistic回归模型分析影响因素,探讨对教师工作的启示。结果与非留守中职学生比较,留守中职学生SCL-90各项目及总分均更高(P<0.05);50例留守中职学生中,心理健康问题阳性32例(64.00%)、无心理健康问题18例(36.00%);与心理健康阴性症状的学生比较,心理健康阳性症状的学生为女性、居住地农村、父母关系不和睦、师生关系不和睦、学业与就业压力较大、家庭月收入≤2000元、教育认知水平低的占比均更高(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归结果显示:女性、居住地农村、父母关系不和睦、学业与就业压力较大、家庭月收入≤2000元、教育认知水平低均为留守中职学生心理健康阳性的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论留守中职学生存在明显的心理健康问题,且受性别、居住地、父母关系、学业与就业压力、家庭经济水平、教育认知水平多种因素的影响,教师应加强对留守学生的心理健康教育工作,以提高其心理健康水平。Objective To investigate the mental health status of 50 left behind vocational school students and provide insights for teachers'work.Methods In November 2023,a stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select 50 left behind vocational school students from 18nursing classes,and another 50 non left behind vocational school students were selected as controls.The symptom check list 90(SCL-90)was used to investigate the mental health status of left behind vocational school students,and a binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors and explore the inspiration for teacher work.Results Compared with non-left-behind secondary vocational students,SCL-90 items and total scores of left-behind secondary vocational students were higher(P<0.05).Among the 50 left-behind secondary vocational students,32 cases(64.00%)had positive mental health problems and 18 cases(36.00%)had no mental health problems.Compared with students with negative mental health symptoms,the proportion of students with positive mental health symptoms being female,living in rural areas,parents'relationship is not harmonious,teacher-student relationship is not harmonious,study and employment pressure is greater,monthly family income is≤2000 yuan,and educational cognition level is low is higher(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression showed that female,rural area of residence,disharmonious relationship between parents,greater pressure of study and employment,monthly family income≤2000 yuan,and low level of educational cognition were all independent risk factors for the mental health of left-behind secondary vocational students(P<0.05).Conclusion Left behind vocational school students have significant mental health problems,which are influenced by various factors such as gender,place of residence,parental relationships,academic and employment pressure,family economic level,and educational cognition level.Teachers should strengthen the mental health education of left behind students to improve thei
