南京市三甲医院临床护士对住院患者自杀预防的知信行水平现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查南京市三级甲等综合医院临床护士对住院患者自杀预防的知识、信念、行为水平,并分析其相关影响因素。方法于2023年11月~2024年2月,采用便利抽样法,利用一般资料调查表、护士对住院患者自杀预防知信行调查问卷,对南京市三级甲等综合医院临床护士的住院患者自杀预防知信行进行问卷调查并对数据进行分析。结果回收879份问卷,有效问卷861份,有效回收率为97.95%。护士对住院患者自杀预防的知识、信念、行为及总得分依次为41.91±7.52分、34.42±4.59分、50.07±11.95分和126.39±19.35分。多因素回归分析表明,工作科室是否接收癌症患者、是否参加过住院患者自杀预防培训是临床护士自杀预防知信行水平的显著影响因素(P<0.01)。结论临床护士对患者自杀预防知信行处于中等偏上水平,提示医院管理者可适当强化临床护士的患者自杀预防培训,尤其可组建以肿瘤专科护士为核心患者自杀干预团队。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude,and practice levels of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals in Nanjing regarding suicide prevention among hospitalized patients,and analyze their related influencing factors.Methods From November 2023 to February 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to conduct a survey on the suicide prevention knowledge,attitude,and practice of hospitalized patients by general information questionnaire and a nurse survey questionnaire among clinical nurses in tertiary grade A comprehensive hospitals in Nanjing and the data was also analyzed.Results 879 questionnaires were collected,with 861 valid questionnaires and an effective response rate of 97.95%.The knowledge,attitude,practice,and total score of nurses towards suicide prevention among hospitalized patients were 41.91±7.52,34.42±4.59,50.07±11.95 and 126.39±19.35,respectively.Multivariate regression analysis showed that whether the work department received cancer patients and whether they had participated in suicide prevention training for hospitalized patients were significant influencing factors on the knowledge,attitude,and practice level of suicide prevention among clinical nurses(P<0.01).Conclusion Clinical nurses have a moderate level of knowledge,attitude,and practice in patient suicide prevention,which suggests that hospital managers can appropriately strengthen patient suicide prevention training for clinical nurses,especially by establishing a suicide intervention team with tumor specialty nurses as the core.
