摘 要:以六妹羊肚菌(Morchella sextelata)菌株YMe151为供试材料,研究含羊肚菌发酵液、出菇土壤浸提液、子实体水提液的培养基对羊肚菌菌丝生长的自毒作用,并分析羊肚菌连作土壤与未连作土壤的差异代谢物。结果表明:当培养基中羊肚菌发酵液、出菇土壤浸提液、子实体水提液的含量较高时,羊肚菌菌丝生长速度减慢,生物量减少。羊肚菌连作土壤与未连作土壤代谢物相比,有12个差异代谢物,其中β-L-二氧戊环胞嘧啶核苷、多巴胺醌、赤霉素A29、13-L-羟基亚油酸、(8S,9S,10S,11S,13S,14S,17R)-11,17-二羟基-17-(2-羟基乙酰基)-10,13-二甲基-9-壬基-1,2,6,7,8,11,12,14,15,16-十氢旋流五(a)菲-3-酮、棕榈油酰胺丰度上调;反式异阿魏酸、α-亚甲基-γ-丁内酯、4-O-甲基-12-O-十四酰基樟脑13-乙酸酯、N,N-十二烷基二甲基胺氮氧化物、二氢鞘氨醇、10, 20-二羟基二十烷酸丰度下调。研究结果有助于深入理解羊肚菌连作障碍作用机制,并为羊肚菌连作障碍防控提供参考。Autotoxic effect of Morchella mycelia may be a reason for continuous Morchella spp.cropping obstacles.Using M.sextelata strain YMe151 as the experimental material,the autotoxicity of culture medium containing M.sextelata mycelium fermentation broth,or M.sextelata cultivation soil extract,or M.sextelata fruiting body water extract on mycelial growth of M.sextelata was studied.Differential metabolites between continuous Morchella cropping soil and non-continuous Morchella cropping soil were analyzed.The results showed that the mycelial growth rate and biomass of YMe151 decreased when the contents of Morchella fermentation broth,M.sextelata cultivation soil extract and fruiting body water extract were high in the culture medium.Compared with the soil without continuous Morchella cropping,there were 12 differential metabolites in the soil of continuous Morchella cropping.Among these differential metabolites,the abundance of β-L-dioxolane-cytidine,dopamine quinone,alcophosphamide,13-L-hydroperoxylinoleic acid,(8 s,9 s,10 s and 11 s,13,14,17 r)-11-dihydroxy-17 in 2-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-10,13-dimethyl-9-nonyl-1-1,2,6,7,8,11,12,14,15,16-decahydrocyclopenta(a)phenanthren-3-one,and palmitoleamide increased,and the abundance of isoferulic acid,α-methylene-γ-butyrolactone,4-O-methyl-12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate,N,N-dimethyldodecylamine-N-oxide,sphinganine and 10,20-dihydroxyeicosanoic acid decreased.The results provided a reference for deep understanding of the mechanisms and the subsequent prevention and control of continuous Morchella spp.cropping obstacles.
