摘 要:主变流器是交直交电力机车牵引传动系统最重要的部件之一,掌握其控制原理和电路是高职院校铁道机车专业核心技能。以HXD3电力机车主变流器为例,分析其控制原理,使用Multisim软件对其控制电路进行仿真建模,编写控制逻辑程序,交互仿真主变流器控制牵引电机正反转、主变流器试验、库内动车控制和主变流器故障处置等功能,直观观察电路原理图、仿真响应、测试参数,可随机设置多个故障点,在线故障处置和验证,为机车主变流器控制电路的教学和研究提供良好的平台。The main converter is one of the most critical components of the AC-DC-AC electric locomotive traction drive system.Mastery of its control principles and circuitry is a core skill in vocational college railway locomotive programs.This paper uses the main converter of the HXD3 electric locomotive as an example to analyze its control principles.It employs Multisim software for simulation modeling of its control circuit,writes control logic programs,and performs interactive simulations for functionalities such as forward and reverse traction motor control,main converter testing,in-depot locomotive control,and main converter fault handling.The study provides a clear view of the circuit schematics,simulation responses,and test parameters,with the capability to randomly set multiple fault points for online fault handling and verification,thus establishing an excellent platform for teaching and research on locomotive main converter control circuits.
