山地林区森林防火应急道路规划设计中的问题与建议

摘　　要：森林防火应急道路建设作为森林防灾减灾的重要基础支撑措施,为救灾人员、物资快速向火线输送提供交通途径,是森林防灾减灾工作的有效手段。我国林区大部分分布于山区,山区防火道路建设面临诸多困难,该文以四川山地林区森林防火应急道路为例对规划设计中的一些问题进行思考,以期为全国山地林区防火应急道路建设提供思路,以供广大林业工作者和学者探讨。Forest fire prevention emergency road construction is an important basic supporting measure for forest disaster prevention and reduction.It provides transportation channels for disaster relief personnel and materials to quickly transport them to the fire line.It is an effective means for forest disaster prevention and reduction.Most of China's forest areas are distributed in mountainous areas,and the construction of fire prevention roads in mountainous areas faces many difficulties.This paper takes the forest fire prevention emergency roads in Sichuan mountainous areas as an example to think about some issues in the planning and design,and even provide ideas for the construction of fire prevention emergency roads in mountainous areas across the country,so as to provide a reference for discussion by forestry workers and scholars.
