摘 要:近年来,随着中国经济实力和钢铁工业的发展,国家出台一系列新政策,为钢箱梁行业发展奠定坚实基础。随着钢箱梁桥梁的建设,钢箱梁施工技术不断发展。钢箱梁多为工厂预制,质量高于现浇桥梁,受力体系明确且施工简单。采用分段吊装法施工,适应性强、效率高、安全性好。钢箱梁在复杂环境中应用广泛,有助于缩短工期,减少对交通的影响。该文以花溪大学城人才路工程为例,根据钢箱梁结构特点进行节段划分,分析施工过程中吊装设备的参数和使用计划,对吊具进行结构计算,并基于钢箱梁吊装施工工艺流程,提出科学的施工工艺。In recent years,with the development of China's economic strength and steel industry,the country has introduced a series of new policies,laying a solid foundation for the steel box girder industry.With the construction of steel box girder bridges,steel box girder construction technology continues to develop.Most of the steel box girders are prefabricated in factories and have higher quality than cast-in-place bridges.The stress system is clear and the construction is simple.The segmented hoisting method is adopted for construction,which has strong adaptability,high efficiency and good safety.Steel box girders are widely used in complex environments,helping to shorten construction periods and reduce the impact on traffic.Taking the Rencai Road Project of Huaxi University Town as an example,this paper divides the segments according to the structural characteristics of the steel box girder,analyzes the parameters and use plan of the hoisting equipment during the construction process,carries out structural calculations on the spreader,and proposes a scientific construction process based on the steel box girder hoisting construction process.
