GPS-RTK测量技术在房屋不动产平面测量中的应用探讨

摘  要:GPS-RTK技术是一种新型的定位技术,借助这项技术能实现高精度的实时定位,快速且准确地确定房屋不动产的关键点坐标,提高测量效率和精度。在房屋不动产边界测量中,RTK技术可以精确获取边界点的位置,确保房屋不动产范围的准确性。对于复杂的房产结构,例如多栋建筑组成的小区,RTK技术能高效地完成各建筑的平面定位和尺寸测量。通过以某市住宅小区的房屋不动产测量为例,严格按照GPS-RTK技术的具体步骤、流程和方法进行平面控制测量。项目实践结果表明,GPS-RTK技术能实现房屋不动产测量的精度要求,可有效避免传统光电测距导线测量方法的复杂性,提升房屋不动产平面测量的工作效率。GPS-RTK technology is a new type of positioning technology.With this technology,high-precision real-time positioning can be achieved,the coordinates of key points of houses and real estate can be quickly and accurately determined,and measurement efficiency and accuracy can be improved.In the boundary measurement of houses and real estate,RTK technology can accurately obtain the location of boundary points and ensure the accuracy of the scope of houses and real estate.For complex real estate structures,such as communities composed of multiple buildings,RTK technology can efficiently complete the plane positioning and size measurement of each building.I take the measurement of houses and real estate in a residential area of a certain city as an example,and strictly follow the specific steps,procedures and methods of GPS-RTK technology to conduct plane control measurement.The practical results of the project show that GPS-RTK technology can meet the accuracy requirements of house real estate measurement,effectively avoid the complexity of traditional photoelectric ranging traverse measurement methods,and improve the work efficiency of house real estate plane measurement.
