摘　　要：EWIS概念的提出使得电气互联系统的研制越发得到重视,通过对EWIS研制过程中问题原因的分析,建立基于MBD的EWIS工艺流程,对EWIS研制数据模型化,并初步应用于线束层级,实现EWIS工艺数据唯一性,将EWIS生产制造问题提早发现并解决,缩短系统研制周期,提高系统的质量与寿命。The introduction of the EWIS concept has attracted more and more attention to the development of electrical interconnection systems.Through the analysis of the causes of problems in the EWIS development process,a EWIS process based on MBD is established,the EWIS development data is modeled,and it is initially applied to the wiring harness level to realize the uniqueness of EWIS process data,the EWIS production and manufacturing problems are discovered and solved early,the system development cycle is shortened,and the quality and life of the system are improved.
