血清VEGF、ES及性激素对多囊卵巢综合征患者子宫内膜及卵巢间质血流参数的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮抑素(ES)及性激素对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者子宫内膜及卵巢间质血流的影响。方法选取收治的96例PCOS患者作为观察组,选择同期100例正常女性为对照组。收集两组受试者血清VEGF、ES以及性激素水平,同时使用腔内超声监测受试者子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜及卵巢容积,并记录内膜及卵巢间质血流血管化指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)及血管化血流指数(VFI)。结果PCOS组患者VEGF、ES及睾酮(T)水平明显高于正常对照组,PCOS组FSH(促卵泡生成素)、E2(雌二醇)低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。PCOS组子宫内膜厚度、内膜容积及子宫内膜VI、FI及VFI均低于正常对照组(P<0.05),PCOS组卵巢体积,卵巢间质VI、FI及VFI均高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论PCOS患者子宫内膜的VI、FI及VFI明显降低,卵巢间质的VI、FI及VFI明显升高,血清VEGF和ES水平显著升高以及性激素的失衡影响子宫内膜及卵巢间质血流的灌注。Objective To explore the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelial suppression(ES)and sex hormones on endometrial and ovarian interstitial blood flow in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 96 patients with PCOS were selected as the observation group,and 100 normal women during the same period were selected as the control group;collecting serum VEGF,ES and sex hormone levels from two groups of subjects,and using vaginal volume ultrasound to detect the thickness of the endometrium,endometrial and ovarian volumes;recording the vascularization index(VI),flow index(FI),and vascularization flow index(VFI)of endometrial and ovarian interstitial blood.Results The levels of VEGF,ES and testosterone(T)in the PCOS group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)in the PCOS group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The thickness,volume,VI,FI and VFI of the endometrium in the PCOS group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the ovarian volume,VI,FI and VFI of the ovarian interstitial in the PCOS group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The VI,FI and VFI of the endometrium in patients with PCOS are significantly decreased,while the VI,FI and VFI of the ovarian stroma are significantly increased.The significant increase in serum VEGF and ES levels and imbalance of sex hormones in PCOS patients affect the perfusion of endometrial and ovarian interstitial blood flow.
