儿童隐睾扭转的超声表现和临床特征

摘　　要：目的总结儿童隐睾扭转的超声表现和临床特征。方法回顾分析13例经手术及病理证实的隐睾扭转患儿的临床及超声检查资料。结果经手术确诊患儿13例,其中睾丸声像清晰显示为8例、未见为2例、首次诊断不明3例;1例误诊为炎性病变,另2例误将睾丸旁低回声团当成占位病变。结论儿童隐睾扭转有常见的主要声像图特征,了解并熟练掌握超声表现有助于超声医师准确诊断。Objective To summarize the ultrasonographic manifestations and clinical features of children with cryptorchidism torsion.Methods Clinical and ultrasonography data of 13 children with cryptorchidism torsion confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 13 children were diagnosed through surgery,of which clear testicular could be found in 8 cases on ultrasound,undetectable in 2,and 3 cases had unclear initial diagnosis.One case was misdiagnosed as an inflammatory lesion,while in the other two cases,the hypoechoic mass adjacent to the testicles was mistakenly identified as a mass lesion.Conclusions Children with cryptorchidism torsion have common main ultrasound features,and understanding and mastering ultrasonic manifestations proficiently can help sonographers accurately diagnose.
