特色风貌感知体系和管控办法研究——以随州市中心城区城市风貌规划为例

摘　　要：文章将风貌管控经验和随州市现状结合,构建了多层次多类型的特色感知体系:宏观层面提出特色定位,构建总体风貌格局并进行总体控制;中观层面进行分级分类管控,划定特色风貌分区和特色街道分类;微观层面控制建筑风貌和文化符号,最终形成了“风貌定位-风貌分区-重点地区(历史城区)-格局轴线-风貌道路-节点建筑-文化符号”的体系,实现了城市风貌特色的多样化、精细化的管理。Combining the experience of landscape control with the current situation of Suizhou,a multi-level and multi-type characteristics perception system has been constructed.At the macro level,the characteristic orientation is proposed as well as an overall landscape framework is constructed,and the overall control is carried out.At the meso level,the graded and classified control is carried out while distinctive urban landscape districts and characteristic streets are classified.At the micro level,the control of architectural style and cultural symbols has ultimately formed a system of“characteristic orientation-landscape zoning-key areas(historical urban areas)-layout and axes–characteristic streets-nodal buildings-cultural symbols”,achieving the diversified and refined management of urban landscape.
