摘 要:三通溢流阀是一种阀芯在系统压力、负载压力和弹簧力同时作用下,达到阀芯平衡位置,进而自动调节液压系统压力的元件,它的性能影响到液压系统的性能和稳定性,在工程机械、农业机械、船舶和飞机等领域广泛应用。利用AMESim软件数值模拟的方法分别计算分析阀件在稳态负载压力下对系统压力的影响以及瞬态负载压力下对系统压力的影响。结果表明:稳态压力下压力差随时间推移有增大趋势,会产生小幅度波动现象,但压差能保持在2 MPa以内;瞬态压力下压力差通过随机波形、正弦波形模拟仿真,得出压差值保持在2 MPa左右。通过数值分析,可以进一步了解阀件性能,为提高国产化阀件性能奠定基础。A three-way relief valve is a component that balances the position of the valve core and automatically adjusts the pressure of the hydraulic system through the simultaneous action of system pressure,load pressure,and spring.It has an impact on the performance and stability of the hydraulic system and is widely used in fields such as engineering machinery,agricultural machinery,ships,and aircraft.Using AMESim software for numerical simulation,calculate and analyze the effects of valve components on system pressure under steady-state load pressure and transient load pressure,respectively.The results indicate that under steady-state pressure,the pressure difference tends to increase over time,resulting in small fluctuations,but the pressure difference can be maintained within 2 MPa;The pressure difference under transient pressure is simulated using a random sine waveform,and it is found that the pressure difference remains around 2 MPa.Through numerical analysis,the performance of valve components can be further understood,laying the foundation for improving the performance of domestically produced valve components.
