摘 要:针对某款电驱铁水运输车,概述了同步拉杆转向机构的特点及工作原理,计算了转向液压缸、转向器等关键元器件的主要选型参数,绘制、分析了转向角度与转向液压缸驱动压力及驱动扭矩之间的关系曲线。在此基础上,进一步分析了转向电机功率、电机冷却功率等计算依据,提出了基于负载敏感系统的蓄能器式助力转向节能方案,深入分析了节能机理、蓄能器选型关键参数以及节能控制策略。该转向技术得到试验验证,并取得了满意的设计效果,为今后冶金物流特种车辆转向系统的设计提供有益参考。Based on a type of electric drive ladle carrier vehicle of MCC,the characteristics of the synchronous pull lever steering mechanism and the working principle of the steering system are summarized.The main selection parameters of key components such as steering cylinder and steering gear are calculated,and the relationship curve between steering angle and steering cylinder driving pressure and driving torque is drawn and analyzed.On this basis,The calculation basis of steering motor power and motor cooling power is further analyzed.The energy saving scheme based on load-sensitive system is put forward,and the energy saving mechanism,key parameters of accumulator selection and energy saving control strategy are deeply analyzed.The steering technology studied in this paper,has been tested and achieved satisfactory design results,which provides useful reference for the design of steering system of metallurgical logistics special vehicles in the future.
