摘 要:以液氨离心泵为研究对象,使用专业流场仿真软件Fluent,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法和转速控制方程对液氨泵启动过渡过程进行数值模拟。预测了液氨离心泵的转速和流量曲线,分析了启动过程中不同时刻叶轮流道内压力场和速度场的变化情况,并研究了启动过程中叶轮和蜗壳内的压力脉动特性。结果表明:本次数值计算能较为真实的模拟液氨泵的启动过程,研究方法合理可靠;叶轮流道内的压力场和速度场在叶轮转速达到稳定时也随之变得稳定,速度场达到稳定的时间比压力场更早一些;启动过程中叶轮和蜗壳内压力脉动曲线可大致分为3个阶段,在最后1个阶段即围绕一稳定值上下波动阶段,从叶轮进口到出口,压力波动幅度逐渐变大,蜗壳内隔舌处压力波动幅度最大。This paper takes liquid ammonia centrifugal pump as the research object,uses professional flow field simulation software Fluent,based on RNG k-εturbulence model,adopts SIMPLEC algorithm and speed control equation to numerically simulate the transition process of liquid ammonia pump starting.The speed and flow curve of liquid ammonia centrifugal pump are predicted,the changes of pressure field and velocity field in impeller channel at different time during start-up are analyzed,and the pressure pulsation characteristics in impeller and volute are studied.The results show that the numerical calculation can simulate the starting process of liquid ammonia pump,and the research method is reasonable and reliable.The pressure field and the velocity field in the impeller channel become stable when the impeller speed reaches stability,and the velocity field reaches stability earlier than the pressure field.The pressure pulsation curve in the impeller and volute can be roughly divided into three stages.In the last stage,which is the fluctuation stage around a stable value,the pressure fluctuation amplitude gradually increases from the inlet of the impeller to the outlet,and the pressure fluctuation amplitude is the largest at the inner tongue of the volute.
