摘  要:泥炮在堵铁口过程中,时常出现动作迟缓、炮嘴烧坏、漏泥、压紧力不足、甚至堵不上铁口等故障,严重制约高炉生产。为解决问题,通过实际分析,对液压回路进行改进:利用液压回路中的压力变化,来控制液压元件的执行顺序,采用一种液压缸溢流阀差动增速回路,通过溢流阀把液压缸进、出油口连结起来,使有杆腔的油液直接流回无杆腔,从而使液压缸快速动作。在液压系统不增设蓄能器、不增加液压泵容量和电动机功率的条件下,实现了小流量高速度,有效减小了液压系统空间,提高了工作效率。In the process of plugging the iron mouth,the mud gun often has faults such as slow action,burning the nozzle,leaking the mud,insufficient pressing force,and even blocking the iron mouth,which seriously restricts the production of blast furnace.To solve the problem,through the actual analysis,to improve the hydraulic circuit:using the pressure changes in the hydraulic circuit,to control the execution sequence of hydraulic components,using a cylinder overflow valve differential growth loop,through the overflow valve into the cylinder,make the rod cavity directly back to the rod cavity,so that the cylinder rapid action.In the hydraulic system without adding accumulator,do not increase the hydraulic pump capacity and motor power conditions,to achieve a small flow and high speed,effectively reduce the hydraulic system space,improve the work efficiency.
