摘 要:针对变压器油泵异响问题,对油泵进行拆解检查,初步发现油泵发出异音的原因是前轴承的磨损。结合数值模拟对轴承进行受力分析,发现轴向力过大是导致轴承磨损的原因之一,又将轴承送到第三方机构检测,发现异物进入是导致轴承磨损的另一个原因,根据轴承磨损原因提出了相应的改进措施并进行了试验验证。In response to the abnormal noise issue with the transformer oil pump.It was initially found that the cause of the abnormal sound of the oil pump was the wear of the front bearing.Combined with numerical simulation,a stress analysis of the bearing was performed,revealing that excessive axial force was one of the causes of bearing wear.The bearing was sent to a third-party institution for inspection,which revealed that the entry of foreign particles was another cause of bearing wear.Based on the reasons for bearing wear,corresponding improvement measures were proposed and experimentally validated.
