摘　　要：针对罗茨风机用双端面机械密封在运行中常出现的失效情况进行了总结和分析,找出了引起密封失效的主要原因,并从密封设计选材、日常维护等角度提出了具体解决措施,能够为相关机械密封的设计、使用以及的运行维护提供有效的参考。This article summarizes and analyzes the common failures of double end face mechanical seals used in roots blower during operation,identifies the main causes of seal failure,and proposes specific solutions from the perspectives of seal design material selection,daily maintenance,etc.This can provide effective references for the design,use,and operation maintenance of relevant mechanical seals.
