摘  要:医院感染作为全球重要的公共卫生问题,严重威胁住院病人以及医护人员的健康,医院感染发生与多种危险因素相关,如年龄、基础健康状况(低蛋白血症、高血糖)、不合理抗菌药物使用,以及频繁进行的侵入性操作。近年来科学研究进一步揭示,抑酸药物,特别是质子泵抑制剂,作为消化系统疾病治疗中最常用的药物之一,其使用与医院感染风险的增加存在关联。一般认为质子泵抑制剂通过降低胃酸水平,可能为某些病原体提供了一个更适宜的生存环境,从而增加了感染的可能性。本文对质子泵抑制剂增加不同病原菌以及不同感染部位感染发生风险进行综述。Hospital-acquired infections,as a critical public health issue around the globe,pose severe threats to the health of hospitalized patients and healthcare workers alike.The occurrence of the nosocomial infection is associated with a variety of risk factors such as age,underlying health condition(hypoproteinemia,hyperglycemia),unreasonable use of antibiotics and frequent invasive operation.In recent year,the scientific research further revealed that the use of acid-suppressing drugs,especially the proton pump inhibitors(PPIs),as one of the most commonly used drugs for treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,was associated with the increase of risk of nosocomial infection.It is generally recognized that the lowering the gastric acid by the PPIs may provide a more suitable living environment for some certain pathogens,which may increase the possibility of infection.The increased pathogens induced by the PPIs and the risk of different sites of infections were reviewed in the article.
