新文科背景下商务英语人才培养融通化机制研究

摘　　要：商务英语具有跨学科、复合性的特点,商务英语人才培养的融通化是新文科背景下适应商务英语专业特点和满足社会对人才需求的必然趋势。本文结合国内外高校跨学科人才培养模式改革实践,对商务英语人才培养融通化的机制进行探讨,分析了人才培养融通化的意义和内涵,并提出商务英语人才培养融通化的实施策略和具体方案。本研究认为,融通化机制指引下的商务英语人才培养是一个系统工程,需要学校、企业、政府和社会各界的共同努力,从融通型学院建设、融通型专业建设、融通型课程建设、融通型教材建设、融通型师资队伍建设、融通型教学资源平台建设等多个方面入手。The interdisciplinary and composite nature of Business English necessitates an integrated approach to talent cultivation.Aligning with the evolving demands of the field of Business English and societal needs in the context of new liberal arts,integration has become a critical trend.This paper,based on the reform practices of interdisciplinary talent cultivation models in both domestic and foreign universities,explores the mechanisms of integration in Business English.It analyzes the significance and connotations of integrated talent cultivation and proposes the implementation strategies and specific plans for the integration of Business English talent cultivation.It is suggested that the cultivation of Business English talents under the guidance of the integration mechanism is a systematic project,which needs the joint efforts of universities,enterprises,governments and various sectors of society.The initiative should begin from the development of integrated colleges,majors,courses,teaching materials,teachers,teaching resources platform and other aspects.
