摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病经皮冠脉介入治疗术后患者社会支持、电子健康素养和服药依从性现状,并分析电子健康素养在其社会支持与服药依从性间的中介作用。方法采用一般资料调查表、领悟社会支持量表、电子健康素养量表、Morisky服药依从性量表对389例冠心病经皮冠脉介入治疗术后患者进行问卷调查。结果冠心病经皮冠脉介入治疗术后患者社会支持得分为(58.35±12.01)分,电子健康素养得分为(30.38±5.51)分,服药依从性得分为(18.91±4.10)分;社会支持与电子健康素养、服药依从性呈两两正相关(r 1=0.392、r 2=0.539,r 3=0.433;P<0.01);电子健康素养在冠心病经皮冠脉介入治疗术后患者社会支持与服药依从性间发挥中介作用,占总效应的18.96%。结论冠心病经皮冠脉介入治疗术后患者服药依从性有待提高,电子健康素养在其社会支持与服药依从性间发挥部分中介作用,提高冠心病经皮冠脉介入治疗术后患者社会支持及电子健康素养水平是改善其服药依从性、减少心血管病症再发的有效途径。Objective To explore the status of social support,electronic health literacy and medication compliance in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention,and to analyze the mediating role of electronic health literacy between social support and medication compliance.Methods A total of 389 patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale,eHealth Literacy Scale and Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8 items.Results The social support score of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention was(58.35±12.01)points,the electronic health literacy score was(30.38±5.51)points,and the medication compliance score was(18.91±4.10)points.There was a pairwise positive correlation among social support,electronic health literacy and medication compliance(r 1=0.392,r 2=0.539,r 3=0.433,all P<0.01).Electronic health literacy played an intermediary role between social support and medication compliance in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention,accounting for 18.96%of the total effect.Conclusion The medication compliance of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention needs to be improved.Electronic health literacy plays a partial mediating role between social support and medication compliance.Improving the level of social support and electronic health literacy of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention is an effective way to improve their medication compliance and reduce the recurrence of cardiovascular disease.
