摘　　要：环境影响评价是构建生态城市的关键环节,也是对城市建设项目进行环境影响评价的一种有效手段,有助于决策者及时发现并规避可能发生的环境问题,保障生态平衡与可持续发展。本文就环境影响评价在城市生态建设中的应用进行了探讨,以期在遵循一致性与整体性、层次性与累积性原则的基础上,有效推动环保技术的应用与绿色发展,为我国生态城市建设提供科学支撑与管理保障。Environmental impact assessment is the key link in building an ecological city,and it is also an effective means of environmental impact assessment for urban construction projects,which helps decision makers to find and avoid possible environmental problems in time,and ensure ecological balance and sustainable development.This paper discussed the application of environmental impact assessment in urban ecological construction,in order to effectively promote the application and green development of environmental protection technology and provide scientific support and management guarantee for the construction of ecological cities in China on the basis of the principles of consistency and integrity,hierarchy and accumulation.
