农村危房改造的现状分析与优化路径研究

摘　　要：我国不断推进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴,在这一过程中,大量贫困群众危房得到改造,群众基本住房问题得到解决。新时代新农村建设对住房质量提出了更高的要求,主要在于解决以下住房隐患:房屋建设不具备专业资质,房屋违建、建材差、施工维护不足等,其原因涉及经济困难、危房认定困难、施工数字化程度不足等方面。鉴于此,本文提出提升资金使用效率、加强基层管理、引入BIM技术等优化方式,以保障农村住房安全,推进乡村振兴事业。China has continued to promote poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.In this process,a large number of dilapidated houses for the poor people have been renovated,and their basic housing problem has been solved.The new rural construction in the new era puts forward higher requirements for the quality of housing,mainly to solve the following housing hidden dangers:housing construction does not have professional qualifications,illegal construction,poor building materials,insufficient construction and maintenance,etc.,the reasons involve economic difficulties,difficulties in the identification of dilapidated houses,the lack of digital construction degree and other aspects.In view of this,this paper proposes to improve the efficiency of the use of funds,strengthen grass-roots management,introduce BIM technology and other optimization methods,so as to ensure the safety of rural housing and promote the cause of rural revitalization.
