摘　　要：城市住宅区及楼宇名称是我国境内地名的重要组成部分,随着城镇化率不断提高,城市住宅区及楼宇数量持续增加,加强和规范城市住宅区及楼宇命名管理,对于弘扬社会主义核心价值观,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,传承发展中华优秀地名文化具有十分重要的意义。本文聚焦城市住宅区及楼宇命名管理制度机制和命名规则,研究分析我国城市住宅区及楼宇命名管理相关政策、现状特征、存在问题等,对规范城市住宅区及楼宇命名管理,营造健康有序的命名管理环境提出对策措施。The names of urban communities and buildings are important parts of place names in China.With the increasing urbanization rate,urban community and building number continues to increase.It is of great significance for strengthening and standardizing the naming management of urban communities and buildings,so as to carry forward the core socialist values,promoting the modernization of national governance system and management capacity,inherit and develop the excellent traditional Chinese place name culture.This paper focuses on the naming management system,mechanism and naming rules of urban communities and buildings,studies and analyzes the relevant policies,current characteristics and existing problems of the naming management of urban r communities and buildings in China,and puts forward countermeasures to standardize the naming management of urban communities and buildings,and create a healthy and orderly naming management environment.
