曲面建筑幕墙板安装施工技术研究

摘　　要：随着建筑业的发展,对建筑外观要求越来越高,建筑幕墙可大幅度提高建筑外形美观度,随之幕墙工程愈发普遍,对幕墙面板安装质量要求也越来越高。常见的幕墙板安装技术存在不足之处,本文针对各类幕墙板安装工艺存在的弊端,从工作效率、施工质量安全、经济效益等多方面进行综合研究比选,研发了一种移动式幕墙板吊装架的幕墙板辅助安装工具及相应施工技术,使用材料简单,可现场制作,安装快捷。With the development of construction industry,the requirements for building appearance are getting higher and higher.Since building curtain walls can greatly improve the aesthetic appearance of the building exteriors,the curtain wall project becomes more and more common,and the requirements for the installation quality of the curtain wall panels are also increasing.While the common curtain wall panel installation technology has deficiencies.Based on the comprehensive research and comparison in terms of work efficiency,construction quality and safety,economic benefits and other aspects,and in view of the disadvantages of various curtain wall panel installation processes,a kind of auxiliary installation tool and corresponding construction technology for mobile curtain wall panel hoisting frame is developed,with the advantages of simple materials,on-site fabrication and fast installation.
