2023年陕西省西咸新区某医院呼吸道感染者多种病原体IgM抗体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解陕西省西咸新区某医院呼吸道感染病原体特征,为疾病的早期诊断、正确治疗和科学防控提供参考依据。方法使用肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)、肺炎衣原体(chlamydia pneumoniae,CP)、人呼吸道合胞病毒(human respiratory syncytial virus,HRSV)、A型流感病毒((influenza virus A,IVA)、B型流感病毒(influenza virus B,IVB)、腺病毒(adenovirus,ADV)、人副流感病毒(human parainfluenza virus,HPIV)、柯萨奇病毒B组(coxsackie virus B,CVB)和埃可病毒(enterocytopathogenic human orphan virus,ECHO virus)IgM抗体检测试剂盒(磁微粒化学发光法),对2023年1—12月在陕西省西咸新区某医院就诊的呼吸道感染患者血样进行检测,分析此9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体阳性检出率,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果共检测14553例呼吸道感染患者,9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体阳性总检出率为48.05%(6992/14553),其中阳性检出率最高的是MP(19.88%),其他依次是IVA(18.69%)、IVB(11.84%)、HPIV(1.67%)、ADV(1.49%)、HRSV(1.42%)、埃可病毒(0.40%)、CP(0.37%)、CVB(0.13%);混合感染阳性检出率为7.25%,混合感染阳性检出率最高为IVA+IVB(1.82%),其次为MP+IVA(1.27%);不同季节9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体阳性总检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=484.960,P<0.001),冬季最高为59.95%;不同年龄段患者9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体阳性总检出率间的差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=489.053,P<0.001),儿童患者最高,为59.95%。结论2023年陕西省西咸新区呼吸道感染患者中9种病原体IgM抗体检出率较高,且与季节和患者年龄段有关。Objective To understand the characteristics of respiratory tract infection pathogen in a hospital in Xixian new district of Shaanxi province,and to provide reference for early diagnosis,appropriate treatment and scientific prevention and control of the disease.Methods IgM antibody detection kits based on magnetic particle chemiluminescence were used to test for nine respiratory pathogens:mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP),chlamydia pneumoniae(CP),human respiratory syncytial virus(HRSV),influenza virus A(IVA),influenza virus B(IVB),adenovirus(ADV),human parainfluenza virus(HPIV),coxsackie virus B(CVB),and enterocytopathogenic human orphan virus(ECHO virus).Serum samples from patients with respiratory tract infections who visited the hospital from January to December 2023 were analyzed.The IgM antibody positivity rates for each pathogen were compared using the chi-square test.Results A total of 14553 patients with respiratory tract infection were tested.The total positive rate of IgM antibody to 9 respiratory pathogens was 48.05%(6992/14553),and the highest positive rate was observed for MP(19.88%),followed by IVA(18.69%),IVB(11.84%),HPIV(1.67%),ADV(1.49%),HRSV(1.42%),ECHO virus(0.40%),CP(0.37%),CVB(0.13%);The positive rate for mixed infection was 7.25%,with the highest rate for was IVA+IVB(1.82%),and MP+IVA(1.27%).Significant differences were observed in the overall IgM antibody positivity rates for these pathogens across different seasons(χ^(2)=484.960,P<0.001),with the highest rate in winter(59.95%).Age-related differences were also significant(χ^(2)=489.053,P<0.001),with the highest positivity rate in children(59.95%).Conclusions In 2023,the IgM antibody positivity rates for nine respiratory pathogens were relatively high among patients in Xixian new district,Shaanxi province,with clear associations with season and patient age.
